pppp9 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

pppp9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account activation, withdrawal processing, or compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure.

Each pppp9 member is responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. This includes any bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawal requests submitted — regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions, unless you have reported a suspected unauthorised access to our support team prior to the disputed activity taking place.

A bet confirmation is displayed on-screen and a record is retained in your account transaction history. pppp9 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error is conclusively demonstrated to have affected the bet outcome.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your pppp9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any active bonus balance will be removed from your account and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. pppp9-initiated closure: pppp9 reserves the right to close or indefinitely suspend any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
